࿓ By applying the Root Lock, you can prevent many health problems in your life, especially as you get older, and everyone gets older, of course.

࿓ You cannot grow a strong, beautiful tree without strong, healthy roots. Mula bandha strengthens the base, closes the lower end of the central channel and prevents energy from “leaking” out of the body.

࿓ Yoga is an ancient science and the secret to a healthy and happy life.

What is Yoga?

First of all, yoga is self-love. ❤️

﹌ We all know that we cannot share happiness and love with others if we are not fulfilled within.

﹌ Yoga teaches us how to reconnect with ourselves and be more self-aware.

﹌ During yoga practice we keep our focus on the body and the breath. Being fully in the present moment we form the most important relationship in our life - the relationship with ourselves.

﹌ Directing attention inward we fill ourselves with care, healing energy, acceptance and boost our self-worth.
