Supplying & installation of Drywall Partitions, Dry Lining, Shaft Walls, Lining above pods & Suspended Ceiling Works including Gypsum Board Ceiling with curved & dropped ceiling, Metal Ceiling Planks & Acoustic Ceiling Tiles.
The project came under a fast track program, which was challenging due to the requirement of completing and handing it over to the client in time for the Formula1 event. This project is similar to the Park Inn Hotel in regards to the scope of work and project timeframe.

IDC’s scope of work included the Supply and Installation of Suspended Ceiling, Dry Wall Partitions, Dry Lining, Thermal Insulated Soffit Cement Board Ceiling & Exterior Cement Board Cladding for Cooling Plant. Work took place in the Acconex Building. International Decor Co. was awarded the President's Prize award at Saint-Gobain's 9th International Trophy competition in Berlin. The President's Prize is a unique discretionary award, presented every two years, which recognizes the most outstanding new installaiton of Saint-Gobain plasterboard systems around the world.

Consisted of two residential buildings with a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, serviced apartment building and a hotel operated by the Accor Group as a Novotel Hotel. IDC provided the Supply & Installation of Dry Wall Partitions & Dry Lining for a total quantity of 272,000 sqm. Works extended to the application of Cement Board Ceiling in the ramp area of the car park

Supply & Installation of Drywall Partitions, Dry lining, Lead lining & Suspended Ceiling Works. Furthermore, the work extends to Lead Lining (Amray) installation on Drywall Partition & Gypsum Lining. The Installation also included that of Lead Lined doors & windows (Amray) to the rooms that required protection against radiation.
The duration of the project was approximately 14 months. There was a total of 42,936sqm Drywall Partition works completed whereas the Ceiling Works summed up to 24,687sqm. The project was categorized as LEED Silver.
