BIOAVAILAILITY
This is so important when you are asked “what makes your product better than the one that I've seen on the high street?”
Forever have their own research team, they have their own scientists, they have their own development, they have their manufacturing, they look at everything.
As a company we do not just look at one ingredient or make any products without looking at the science, we always look at the whole picture.
Bioavailailty is very important. It is when we look at how much of a substance can be absorbed by the body.
Bioavailailoty is a measure of how much a substance is able to access the circulation and reach the target area, and it depends on absorption (how much we get) and secretion (how much we let out)
In Forever we look at the formulation AND the delivery method.
We create our products by also adding in botanicals, we also think of the delivery systems, meaning We have produced THE most bioavailable collagen product possible.
First we choose to use marine collagen because marine collagen is more bioavailable to the body.
Our collagen is hydrolyzed - meaning we snip it into tiny pieces so that our body can absorb the collagen and be able to use it.
We use type one collagen (because 90% of the body’s requirement is Type 1)
As I already mentioned we have also added types 2,4,5,7,8,10 and 11 – as a reminder those were present in the skins dermis, the tendons the ligaments, the bones, the blood vessels, eyes and organs, skin and body cells.
By combining these ingredients we create the most bioavailable collagen.
We put 3000s milligrams in there or three grams in a liquid format.
Liquid format is always more bioavailable to the body than a tablet or powder.
You may come across people that ask why we haven’t added more collagen – for example, why doesn’t ours contain 10,000 milligrams?
The easiest way to think about this is that our body can have too much. And if you have too much of something, it can't use it. So you're wasting your money by putting too much in.
Imagine you have 200 car parking spaces in a car park & 400 cars turn up, only 200 can fit, so the res
