Do you take enough of short work breaks ?

My work has glued me to my chair for years at a longer stretch than I should be sitting at a desk because I don’t realize how time flies at my desk. But now, I can feel my hip getting locked and the tightness becomes a lingering pain until I am able to take some time out to walk, stretch or workout.

My body is doing better with breaks introduced in bits, it could be a quick 5 minute walk, walk to get a cup of tea, walk and talk on a call. The point is to change position and move around in bits.

Even though we workout, being tied to a desk for a longer period than an hour does more harm to our bodies than we can imagine.

So take your 5 min breaks more often than you are currently, to take a step further to better health!

Have you also changed your career multiple times?

I have been so scared with every career change because the thought “why come so far in a field to make a change again ? “ had been haunting me for years!

Now when I reflect, I am so glad I took a leap of faith TWICE. Through clarity everyday, I spend a lot of time learning, studying, understanding, making changes so I can bring something more meaningful into this world.
Going through changes helped me find what I enjoy doing the most!

This kind of change feels fulfilling because we stay invested in learning, discovering our strengths, take actions that matter which inspires “GROWTH”.

So, BE DARING TO MAKE THAT CAREER CHANGE, if you have been feeling it within and thinking about for a long time! There is a very good chance you will flourish because you are doing everything it takes to grow your passion….
