Now let me talk more about physical inactivity because that's my field and I would request other professionals on this platform to talk about others because I think that's how we can create awareness about these NCDs that have robbed us great men and women in their prime time. One of the major causes of cardiovascular diseases is physical inactivity. When we eat foods high in carbohydrates and do less activities, it means that our input and output is not in balance. And the next thing is our weight starts shooting. And the moment you become OVERWEIGHT or obsess just know that your heart becomes small covered by fats. The more weight you gain the more your heart gets overworked. Take an example of an engine, if an engine was meant to fire energy that runs a car which carries 5tones and you lord it 10tones everyday, if it was meant to work for ten years, it will work five years. I know some of you know body mass index or BMI. It talks about the Idea weight of a human being according to your height. If you don't know your BMI you should ask your doctor. If your heart was meant to pump blood that runs a system of 70kgs and you overload it to 120kgs, just know that you're damaging your heart and other virtual organs. Not only your heart but also your frame. I mean the skeleton. Overloading our cars not only damages the engine but also the frame. So happens to our bodies. Be wise maintain an Idea weight and live better.

WHEN I WAS 106KGS I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT I CAN LOSE WEIGHT BUT AM 79 NOW HEALTHIER AND BETTER.
When my doc advised me to lose weight so that my Health can get better it was a dream but now I live my dream. Out of experience I can confidently say this even if you have all the moneys you dream to have in this world but your body isn't at peace with you, you'll never be happy. In 18th century the story of the horse and the message became very popular in Europe. It's a story of a man who had a very strong horse that helped him alot to spread the message of his master. Because of too much work and travels that he had to make, he couldn't rest, eat or even take good care of his horse. One day, his horse got sick and it couldn't move, he approached the best doctors and paid whatever they required of him but unfortunately nobody could cure his horse. Barigye Health Life enterprise ( BHL) is a registered business that was born out of deep thinking and research a cross African continent with a purpose to be part of the solution to the lifestyle threatening diseases in our elite and middle class groups.
It all started way back by a young man called Barigye Rwamiranga after suffering with weight, hypertension and sugar levels fracturing. The secret was given to him by professor Madi Gandhi in port Elizabeth South Africa in 2013.
