How to choose a protein?
Protein is a make up of amino acids!
Body is producing only some amino acids, so, training or loosing body protein we should substitute it. Then we have a protein powder as a help!
There are 7 common types:
- Whey - fast observing milk-based
- Casein - aids fat loss and muscle build
- Pea - good for vegan, high fiber
- Egg - provides all 9 amino acids
- H**p - includes healthy fats
- Mixed plant - a mix for muscle health
- Brown rice - good for vegan
