O My God!! I am one month late and I can’t believe I forgot to mention or celebrate a very important milestone.

This year has been filled with so many things (good and difficult) but…

November first was my 5 year anniversary of private practice. This was one of the most scariest and challenging things I have done.

No regrets!!

Thanks to all of you who contributed and continued to contribute to my Success via coming to see me, sending someone to see me, telling someone about me etc.

I Love what I do and I have some very faithful clients that have been with me for a long time. Some since I first started as a NP in 2017 and drive a distance to stay with me.

So I have to say that I truly appreciate you all because you could be seeing someone else closer.

Quite a few of ya’ll are like family💚🥰

MindfulHealth LLC is 5 years old and thanks to everyone’s support, We are thriving and doing very well. 🙌🏽

Thanks again to everyone for the support, referrals, encouragement and trust as I know mental health is a sensitive issue.

I am thrilled to announce that MindfulHealth has moved to a new location and has formed a groundbreaking partnership with Joann Wilson, founder of Restoration IOP/PHP, and her exceptional team!

Together, we are committed to revolutionizing psychiatric care in our community by providing a holistic approach that empowers psychiatric individuals to thrive in the community.

Our mission is to uplift and transform the lives of individuals struggling with psychiatric difficulties by offering a comprehensive array of therapeutic, educational, and social services. Our goal is to foster independence, confidence, and resilience in those we serve.

To achieve this, we have assembled a multidisciplinary team of experts, including licensed therapists, registered nurses, licensed master social workers, activity therapists, and medical providers. Our program operates five to six days a week, from 8 am to noon, with breakfast and lunch provided and transportation is also available.

We are eager to share this innovative approach with our community and invite you to learn more about our program. Please don't hesitate to contact us for further information.

I personally am honored to be a part of this extraordinary collaboration and look forward to the profound impact it will have on our community.

I’m very excited to announce that MindfulHealth LLC will be moving soon.

I have had a great start where I am currently located @ Climb CDC.

I humbly thank the entire Climb staff for your support and encouragement,

However, growth and change is a necessary part of life. I have grown a lot🙃I will be in private practice 5 years this November 🙌🏽🙌🏽. Time to branch out Spread my wings even more.

More changes are coming soon as this is a unique blessed new chapter for me and I am All For It!
