Life Pharmacy Health Check Up Packages.
Recently, during one of our family evening walks, my husband discovered the Life Pharmacy Health Checkup packages. We found the prices incredibly affordable compared to what we would generally pay in other clinics. Even the flu vaccine was less than what it is normally which is at least AED100. So we decided to take advantage of this and went for the silver package of AED49. The entire process was smooth, and we did not face any issues.
Of course, if you have insurance then this is probably not applicable for you. But in case you don’t or perhaps you have a family member visiting you and you wish to get a quick health checkup for them, then I would recommend this package.

You may want to make a note of the following:
1. First, the package can be bought either in any of the Life Pharmacy branches, online or at the clinic itself. We did this at one of the branches in Dubai Silicon Oasis since we live in the area.
2. From the time you register, this package is valid for 90 days.
3. It is advised that you do an 8-hour fasting which is basically – wake up and go for the test right away without having any food, or even tea. However, my husband decided to take the package after arriving at the clinic. The nurses let him take the test even though he had already had his morning cup of sugar free coffee and a biscuit.
4. The result itself will come to your WhatsApp after 24hours although they say it will take 24-36 hours.
5. Do remember to take your Emirates ID.
This is a really good deal where you are able to screen your blood for basic health issues before deciding to take it further. Ever since my last pregnancy, I was wondering if I still had diabetes. So, this test helped confirm that I didn’t. However, I did find out that my cholesterol levels were a bit high and my hemoglobin levels needed to be increased.
There are other packages as well like the flu vaccine and vitamin D deficiency test, also affordably priced.
