warming up, finding a new rhythm,
looking out toward a new horizon with softness and trust ✨

I’ve always collected little heart-shaped moments 💖 tiny reminders that love hides in plain sight 🍉

Fun fact: St Valentine wasn’t just about romance 💕 he was a healer.
He married couples in secret when it was forbidden, and legend says he even healed the sight of his jailer’s daughter.

These days, love feels more embodied.
Less about the word… more about how I live it 🫶✨

Feelings Friday 🫶
This jumper says it all.

This week has been about gently re-landing in Dubai:
massage, teaching at Sohum, a park walk with a dear friend, planning upcoming events, cuddles with the cats 🐾 all while receiving little moments of joy from Ibiza as our new kitchen takes shape.

Holding both worlds at once.
Finding my peace back here… while my heart and soul still remain on the island 🌊✨

Well… I almost missed my flight twice!
First a delay in Ibiza, then accidentally queuing at the wrong gate in Barcelona 😅
It honestly felt like my soul was protesting the departure.
But I’m back in Dubai now, reunited with my family 🐾 🫶 and looking forward to a few weeks of connection, classes, and gentle grounding.

A woman who loves energy work, movement, healing, deep chats, sunshine, and following the little whispers life gives me.

Over the last few years I’ve worked on and hosted many retreats, taught Qigong, Yoga Nidra & Yin in beautiful places, and collaborated with some truly special souls.

And now I’m moving into a new chapter…
✨ offering trainings I’ve poured my heart into
✨ sharing 1:1 Angelic Reiki and Qigong online
✨ and working in person in both Dubai & Ibiza throughout the year

My work is really just an extension of my own journey - healing, learning, softening, expanding - in a way that feels gentle, grounded and real.
