And no, it’s not just the beans.

From food intolerances to gut bugs to enzyme issues - different types of farts can be surprisingly revealing (and sometimes hilarious).

Here’s what your gas might be saying:

💥 Loud + proud = normal after fibre-rich meals

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY PANCAKE MIX (in a jar!) 🥞✨
This make-ahead mix is everything – fibre-rich, anti-inflammatory, blood sugar balancing, and protein-packed for a satisfying start to your day.

I keep a jar of this in my pantry at all times for quick weekday pancakes – just add milk or eggs and you’re done. Ideal for busy mornings, post-workout breakfasts or those slow weekend brunches 🧡

📌 Save this jar recipe and tag a friend who needs it.

📝 Recipe: Pancake Mix (makes 1 large jar)

Dry Ingredients:
•1 cup oat flour
•1/2 cup almond flour
•2 tbsp ground flaxseed
•2 scoops vanilla protein powder
•1/2 tsp cinnamon
•1/4 tsp ground ginger
•1/4 tsp turmeric
•1/4 tsp of baking soda
•Pinch of sea salt

To Cook (per serving):
•1/3 cup mix
•1 egg or 1/4 cup plant milk (adjust for consistency)
•Optional: splash of vanilla or mashed banana for extra sweetness

Mix and cook on a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for 2–3 mins each side.
