Why is crying so important?
💧 Crying regulates your emotions so that you are able to manage your experiences in a calmer way
💧 Tears contain cortisol so crying is literally your stress hormone leaving your body
💧Crying releases oxytocin and endorphins
💧 We feel a sense of calm and peace after crying

❌ If you don’t cry and you push these feelings back down they may lead to a build up of unprocessed emotions which can lead to anxiety, stress, overwhelm, anger and physical effects such as headaches or, over years, dis-ease in many forms.

So this is just a little reminder to cry when you feel like it and be proud that you are regulating emotions! 💚

During the sessions we allow for a deeper exploration of your thoughts, feelings and behaviors by accessing a relaxed state of mind.

We will look into many facets of your life including overcoming limiting beliefs, reducing stress and anxiety, emotional healing, and motivation for personal aspirations.

Is Alcohol in control? Or any substance for that matter? Do you want your control back?

One of the first things I ask my clients is:

What do you do for you?

Mostly they are confused. So I always ask again:

What do you do for you? Not your children, not your partner, not your family, not your career.
For you.

It’s surprising how often the answer is nothing. Life is just too fast, too busy, too stressful, too much.
It can leave us feeling like we are on a raft drifting out at sea.
I completely understand this.
It took a lot for me to realize this is exactly what I was doing. So I made the step to carve out a few hours a week to do something I’ve wanted to do my whole life and I am so grateful I found a perfect horse to spend time with. Even the drive to see her in the desert first thing in the morning is calming and grounding. Spending time with animals has always been so grounding for me but there is something so beautiful about horses.
A couple of hours a week with this beauty and I am ready to give my all to my family and my work again. ❤️
