Too busy to exercise? I get it—but let’s talk about the real reasons behind it (and how to solve them).

But what about FOMO? It can feel tricky to pass on a drink… there’s social pressure and we might feel like we’re missing out on a good time - here are some practical ways to handle it without feeling out of place:

1) Choose a drink you genuinely enjoy -> Kombucha, cold ginger tea with lemon, or soda water with a michelada twist can make skipping alcohol feel like a treat.

2) Serve it in style -> Pour your drink into a wine glass or fancy tumbler—it’s about enjoying the moment, not what’s in your glass.

3) Be honest but brief -> If someone asks why you’re not drinking, just say, ā€œI’m taking a break.ā€ No need for excuses or over-explaining—Trust me, they will respect your decision not to drink!

Skipping alcohol isn’t about saying no to fun—it’s about saying yes to feeling your best. A health coach can help you navigate these moments and build habits that work for your life, not just for a single night.
