Dear valued members of the community,
We are writing this important note to you today to inform you that, unfortunately, our facility is currently conducting illegal practices. Our current trade license today doesn't give us the right to welcome customers for cold plunges or sauna use, we are only allowed to sell empty tubs and machines. The police have already visited the facility and informed us not to use the current services until we change our license.
Due to unfortunate circumstances, we are currently going through a legal dispute with other co-founders as they continue to break UAE law. In the meantime, I urge you to be careful and safe while visiting the facility so you don't get caught in the middle of this illegal situation.
Just to be clear, the current management is conducting unpermitted activities and no approval from DHA has been given yet.
We immensely appreciate your continued support and understanding and hope to collaborate together once these issues have been resolved.
