How lucky am I to start the new year with a birthday 🎂 🥳.
I'm filled with joy to be celebrating another birthday, given the chance to create.
I am BLESSED indeed!
Good bye 2023...you gave me challenging life lessons. YES, YOU DID!
AND, I wanted it, i may have even needed it, but I didn't realize that it was going to be soul searching, so heart wrenching. 💔
I stepped out of my comfort zone and into Kundalini yoga. I thought it was just another yoga class. I found myself swimming in Murky Waters, so many highs and so many lows. Some days, I was so high I could top the sky, and days I was so low you could have scrape me off the ground.
During it all, I kept my head down down on my path, feet firmly planted asking for guidance.
My soul family supported me, my prayers guided me and my love for life comforted me.
I came out on the other side TRANSFORMED!
And I will continue to grow and learn and be bewildered by this thing we call LIFE.
Thank you 2023 for showing me ME. I'm complete and whole, I'm just trying to find my WAY.
Happy 🎂 birthday to me! I did it, and I'm proud of ME!
