The only person you ought to convince of your worth is you. No matter the journey, the people who walk in and out of your life, the job that comes and goes.. everything can change but you are your only constant.

Empower yourself by recognizing it is only you who can bring yourself up or down! Maybe it’s tough at times and that’s okay. Choose a mindset that encourages you to keep going. Afterall, time keeps going and the only conviction you will remember is how well you made it work for yourself.

Happy Women’s Day today and everyday!

This year was a super special one as I got to run “The Power of You” workshop for Collinson Dubai team.

Not only it was beautiful sharing my work in this setting, but also got me nostalgic being back in the office where I used to work to give of my own.

Thank you to the beautiful attendees who gifted themselves the time to learn about; mastering their mindset, thought processing and how to bring about peace of mind in our everyday life. Experience meditation and breathwork to finally leaving with a few handy tools to use.

A teacher gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The teacher then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon.

At that point, the teacher told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon.

The teacher said to the students: "These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness, we'll find ours too."
