IKOU’s Kizhi Ayurvedic treatment uses warm poultices filled with herbal oils, and natural healing herbs which are crushed and bundled into muslin cloth to form boluses. These poultices are dipped in warm oils and massages all over the body and is amazing for muscle stiffness and pain.
