What is Emotional Burnout?
* It’s more than just stress or fatigue.
* It’s the feeling of being emotionally numb, mentally drained, and disconnected from yourself and others.
* Often caused by overgiving, lack of self care, unresolved trauma, or being in survival mode for too long.

The Silent Signs You Might Be Ignoring
* Smiling outside, but exhausted inside
