How about we get you feeling sexy 365 days of the year without feeling the need to diet… read 👇🏻

As parents we have lived times of being unhappy both physically and mentally. But when you become a parent it becomes not just about you and you have someone else relying on you.

So when you are feeling like you are always on a diet but not seeing the physical results you want.. this ends with more hits to body confidence and self esteem. It’s not actually helping you to feel the best in you. Just because you’ve lost a few pounds this won’t change how you see yourself deeply.

This is why we ditched the diet mindset and instead work on a holistic Lifestyle approach where our clients mend unhealthy relationships with food, exercise and body image / so that there never needs to be that panic of having a holiday and needing to shred a huge amount of weight only for it to bounce back on.

Anyone and I mean EVERYONE can be in shape all year round, without the need to live a life where you are seeing the fluctuations.

It may not sound sexy “ get it to fit around your life” but imagine never having to worry about your weight again because you’ve made it work 365 days in the year so you feel sexy all the time. 😍 😘

What’s happened to Graham (so far)

A busy professional dad, with a high pressure job role, and he’s SMASHING IT!

Graham has previously worked with us in 2024… and rejoined us at the end of last summer to regain some structure to his training, get a bit leaner and progress his running and wow…

Since joining us as you can see he’s visibly much leaner, we’ve upped his calories several times and the best part?

He’s running quicker, many PBs along the way and has a half marathon and marathon booked for this year.

I always smile seeing his Strava stats as his progress just keeps coming

And this is all lifestyle based, strength based training, run programme, nutrition coaching and of course lifestyle based.

Watch out as we know there will be more progress along the way.

We finally got some photos of a recent session at English College Dubai,

It was a very different approach to our usual coaching.

But our mission remains the same: to help busy professional parents cultivate sustainable habits that set a positive example for the next generation.

In a world bombarded by the latest diet trends, exercise fads, and quick-fix solutions, we believe that a balanced, healthy lifestyle is the true key to long-term well-being.

📈 I’ll Change Your Life If You Let Me 📈

Truth is… for a lot of busy parents reading this, the rest of the year is about to slip by.

And you already know how that ends:

🤪A few lbs heavier.

🤪More bloated.

Small Daily Habits, Big Workplace Impact 🩷

Long hours at a desk, back-to-back meetings, and high workloads can take a toll on your body and energy. You may already notice tension in your upper back, pinching in your hips when you stand, and stiffness in your knees and lower back. Pressure headaches can also be a common issue.

When was the last time you took a breath in through your nose, dropped your shoulders, and pushed your chest out to improve your posture?

Building simple wellness habits into your workday can boost productivity, improve posture, reduce stress, and support long-term health. These small, doable actions help you feel better, move more, and perform at your best both in and out of the office. While they may seem simple, many people overlook them.

It’s hard to understand why anyone would want to continue suffering when spending just a few minutes to improve daily habits can enhance how you feel and contribute to overall well-being, ultimately leading to better work performance.
