Transpersonal therapy helps you to experience and tolerate emotional pain; it helps you to discover that you can withstand and recover from anything that life throws at you. You can acquire the strength and resilience to mourn and grieve these losses, learn, and grow.
If we try to defend against pain, we will remain powerless and fearful of life. Without the opportunity to process emotional pain in a safe environment it becomes ‘stuck’ in one’s nervous system and body, creating emotional and physical unease.
