As I am sitting here, are there some good thoughts coming out of the blue. Try to check by how much percent you have blocks to self? How much percent you have blocks to like yourself, and how much to trully love yourself?

After clearing verify it by saying out loud "I like myself" and if that works for you go to the next step "I love myself". As soon as you will be able to accept these to lines with your heart, and not only with your mind, then you ll know, that it is clear. After that repeat these lines on a regular basis, the best times are in the morning and evening, where you ll see what will commence to evolve in your lives.

It can be a big transformation for self, when you clear that which is most important in you life, and that is YOU towards YOURSELF.

We have prepared a SRT Self Mastery workshop for you from the 12. - 13. of october 2013 that is taking place in Prague/CZ. Keep this date marked in your calender and stay tuned for updated information for this event. It is the very first time, that this class is going to be held in the Czech Republic!!!!
