This Saturday, 21st February at 10:00am, I’ll be at Amongst Few Café, Al Safa 2 for our next Coffee Morning and I would genuinely love to see you there.

They serve really excellent coffee, and it’s an exceptionally cool space to sit, talk, and breathe for a couple of hours.

You do not need to be doing a cycle at Orchid to attend. This is open to any woman in the IVF Support UAE community who would value an in-person space to ask questions, share experiences, or simply meet others who understand.

There is something powerful about stepping out from behind the screen and into real conversation. These mornings are about companionship, connection, and building friendships with women walking a similar path.

As part of my ongoing series of community collaborations with Orchid Fertility Clinic, we will be hosting another Coffee Morning this Saturday from 10am - noon at Amongst Few Cafe, Umm Suqeim 1.

I know that for many of you Ramadan means fasting during the day, and a morning café meet-up may not feel practical or appropriate. Please know there is absolutely no expectation to attend during the holy month. I completely understand.

That said, support does not pause during Ramadan. If you are not fasting or feel comfortable joining us, you are very welcome. And as always, these gatherings are open to everyone in the IVF Support UAE community, regardless of which clinic you attend or where you are in your journey.

Orchid's Clinical Psychologist, Anne-Sophie Martial and myself will be there to welcome you, listen to your story, and offer support in an in-person setting.

Understanding Your Fertility with Dr. Yang

An upcoming fertility-focused talk will be held at HEAL Hub on Sunday, 15 February, from 9–10am.

The session will be led by Dr. Yang, who has worked with our community for years and is a TCM specialist in women’s health, known for her collaborative work within fertility support. The discussion will explore key factors that influence fertility and pregnancy, with a focus on understanding the body through a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective.
