Ladies chasing that perfect 🍑but not sure where to begin? Or have you been slaying away at the gym and simply cannot seem to see any changes?
We all know that having some well sculpted glutes looks great right? But have you thought about the real mechanics behind growing them? How well activated are your glutes during a session to even grow?For many individuals their glutes remain 'inactive' or 'switched off'. Inactive glutes can mean that the muscles are weak and are not relied on as much as they should be during exercise.
Glute activation refers to 'activating' or 'firing up' the muscles in order to strengthen them. If you're keen to learn more I will be holding a ladies only GLUTE ACTIVATION WORKSHOP (date to be confirmed) at Train SF gym in al quoz, hosted by myself!. During this workshop we will explore some simple biomechanical tests to screen for poor glute activation and then review myofascial release techniques, strength exercises and neurological cues to get this group of muscles working properly and getting you on your way to a better butt and essentially a better life!

Fitness is NOT who I am.... it is just ONE contributing factor to my life as a whole! So many of my clients always tell me “Your so lucky you love working out and spending time in the gym”.
TRUTH........... I do NOT love working out...... I do LOVE the after feeling of the happy endorphins. Training makes me feel happier, healthier, fitter, stronger both physically and mentally not to mention enable me to constantly challenge myself and push myself harder with each session that passes!
Having said that I would be lying if I said I was always on point in a session and that somedays it wasn’t struggle!
Point of this post is............. whenever you feel like you can’t keep going.........pedal slower but never fall off the bike!
A workout is always better NO workout!

Now you may look at this contract between 2 pictures and think there is ZERO change but I can definitely tell you that isn’t correct. I may not have shed a-lot of weight but I certainly feel and see differences.

Today I took a moment to revert back to this BEFORE and AFTER of me! More often than NOT I find myself too critical of my own body. I find flaws that no one would maybe notice or if they did wouldn’t really highlight them!
It’s easy to sit back and feel overwhelmed with how far you need to go to get to where you THINK comfortable lives. Its much harder to take a step back, look back and then see how far you have come and comfortable is all in your mind. Your thoughts are what make you feel comfortable not your exterior!
Everyone deserves to be proud of their achievements even if in their mind they may not have achieved their version of success!

TONIGHTS DINNER- KETO TUNA SALAD⬇️RECIPE BELOW⬇️
Ingredients
10 oz. canned tuna (drained)
1 large avocado
1 celery rib
2 cloves fresh garlic
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 small red onion
1 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/4 cucumber
1 handful parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
NOTe: THE ABOVE MAKES 4 SERVINGS

Instructions:
Rinse and dry the vegetables. Chop the cucumber, onion, and celery finely, and mince or very finely chop the garlic.
Add all of the ingredients except half of the parsley into a mixing or salad bowl. Mix until everything is well coated with the mayonnaise and avocado. Taste and adjust the flavor to your liking with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
Recipe Notes
The salad will keep well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
