Some texts are not written.
They reveal themselves.

For me, poetry begins in those quiet moments when the mind stops trying to explain everything and something within becomes clear.

Many of the texts in my upcoming Arabic collection Untha Al Sahar emerged in those still hours when the world grows quiet and awareness recognises itself in a glance, a memory, or a feeling once misunderstood.

I wrote this collection in Arabic because Arabic holds a different silence. And in that silence, certain recognitions take another form.

Is Leadership Really About Visibility? In today’s professional environment many people assume that success depends on how visible they are. Post regularly, share your story, and build a personal brand. Visibility certainly helps people discover your work, yet leadership visibility involves far more than appearing frequently online. Leadership grows through coherence. Coherence means alignment between what you say, what you build, and how you behave over time. When that alignment exists, visibility simply allows people to recognise the work. Without that alignment, visibility quickly becomes performance.
