Thrilled to announce that I'll be joining the speaker lineup at Global Psychedelic Week this November!

Grateful to be part of a gathering that brings together voices, visions, and practices from across the world rooted in integrity, healing, and transformation.

More soon on my topic. Until then, thank you to the organisers for creating space to share diverse cultural perspectives, lived experiences, and community-led wisdom.

Why do I advocate for integration?

No one told me about integration after the ceremonies is crucial. No one said that there is a high possibility of needing support after returning to day-to-day life, so I had to figure this out on my own.

In my case, it was a long and challenging journey of integrating what was unraveled in ceremonies. The first few weeks, were great but the glow and happy feelings faded away. The time came to address whatever rolled to the surface and make some serious life changes.

I, now know that integration done at the right time speedtracks the process and that so much unnecessary suffering can be avoided, but I didn't know then. I experienced the power of integration almost a year after the ceremonies. By then I was forced to look for support as I got lost in my suffering and I couldn't look towards the future.

Wishing to understand why and how I could get to the end of the rabbit hole I was in, I turned to integration, courses, and programs that showed me what integration is and how it can help.

This is how I ended up doing this work of assisting others with their integration process. I gained a rich lived experience of situations that could have been avoided if I had worked with an integration practitioner. My path forced me to find tools, gain knowledge, and turn it into wisdom so I can support others with their integration.

It is not enough to have insights in plant medicine ceremonies, we need to apply them to day-to-day life, to embrace change, adjust, remove, or add more of what we are lacking. I believe in insights with action as is the way our lives change!

Let's normalize working with integration practitioners because plant medicines show us what is possible but is up to us to make the changes and take aligned action.

There is something beautiful in the sleepiness of winter…

I am reading a book called Focusing by Eugene Gendlin, which was mentioned in the Somatic Plant Medicine Integration program I am part of. Here I found this sentence: “The unconscious is the body.”

After many hours of practice and experiencing the wisdom we all carry within, I tend to believe is true.

I now, understand that the mind can take us so far, and if we want deeper integration and knowing we have to let ourselves be carried by the innate wisdom of our bodies.

This is not an easy job, especially because so many of us, due to different reasons, don’t feel at home in our bodies. To name a few anxiety, depression, panic attacks, chronic pain, addictions, traumas that make it difficult to connect to the body, or even forgetting that we have a body and taking it for granted.

It’s a great journey of learning and exploration of something that we are naturally born to do... feel into our bodies.

I start enjoying so much the wholeness, I am feeling.

The path of learning the value of making the invisible visible is not a smooth journey as I feel like I’m waking from a long sleep.

Stanislav Grof famously denotes that psychedelics are nonspecific amplifiers of the unconscious so these compounds are perfectly predisposed to manifesting the invisible.

When the veil between the ego and the world falls, we can investigate our internal psychological processes deeply. This is how I realized the anxiety, unexpressed rage, and depression I’ve experienced are rooted in generations before me.

Being the first one to do something is always hard but I’m incredibly grateful for the path I chose to walk.

If you are looking to prepare or integrate psychedelic experiences I am here to walk the road with you.

“Let me fall, if I must fall
The one I will become will catch me.”

We go through many lives in this one life that we have, and what we really seek is who we are, or at least who we want to become.

There's one important thing you may not have realized that could be holding you back from becoming the person you aspire to be… and that is your attachment to your wounds and suffering.

Sometimes, we hold onto our pain because we don't know who we'd be without it.

I recall a moment during a ceremony I participated in when I received a powerful message to let go of my pain. Initially, I felt scared and wondered who I would be without it. I didn't realize then that there were other ways of being beyond my wounds. I was proudly carrying them, but by doing so, I was keeping them open.

Although I thought that realization would instantly change everything, it took me another two years to close the circle and truly embrace the liberated being I always wanted to be.

Our different parts resist dying, and now more than ever, I understand what I always knew … energy cannot be destroyed—it only changes form. Similarly, the parts of ourselves that we wish to let go of cannot be locked away or forgotten.

They need to be transformed and set free!

By allowing our bodies to fully experience and process one aspect, we can liberate and transform the other. It's a dance between parts similar how in nature is a dance between light and dark.

But you see … we are afraid of feeling so we suppress!

As we learn to move and free these energies, we can convert self-criticism into self-appreciation, comparing ourselves to others into self-assurance, and embarrassment into confidence. These pairs of qualities cannot exist without each other.

The simplicity of this realization now amuses me, but that's just how we are sometimes. We tend to seek the most challenging paths first, when the easy one is right there, waiting to be embraced.

Lately, as we become increasingly disconnected from our senses, the number of people who abuse substances, are depressed, and anxious has been continuously rising.

We know so many people who can build magnificent businesses, but who don't know how to have fulfilling relationships, how to manage their emotions, and how to enjoy life.

Due to the times we live in, we forget that we are composed of body, mind, and soul, and that supreme intelligence resides in the soul, not the mind.

There is an invasion of emotion specialists who want to heal everyone, but who have not yet managed to stabilize themselves or who try to heal people using reason.

However, there are also a few people who have succeeded in undergoing an extensive process of inner cleansing, through which they have managed to remember who they truly are and how to heal their past wounds.

These are the people that can help us heal. In the presence of a regulated nervous system, your nervous system attunes and starts healing.

The biggest shift for me was when I learned to be led by how the decisions I take feel in my body and my knowing and not so much by what my mind is telling me.

What created a significant change in your journey?

Hi Instagram friends, I want to use this space to reintroduce myself.

I was born in Romania almost 39 years ago and moved around the world in search of my path. I lived in Ireland for some time and traveled the world while working on cruise ships. In 2015 I relocated to Dubai to follow my then-partner and soon to be, my husband, James.

I tried many paths to adapt to city life, but none were my own. I guess, I was built for deep work and often I was hearing about myself that I’m too profound in conversations, or with the subjects I chose to speak about.

Today, I understand that this profundity allows me to hold space for others while healing. My emotional depth makes people feel safe while sharing their secrets and troubles, as I’m emotionally capable of holding their feelings.

My line of work is with people in Addiction Recovery and also with people looking to Integrate states of consciousness, mainly experienced during Entheogenic ceremonies.

To reach where I am today are years of research and personal practice. I also studied with Being True To You Usa. After months of lectures, seminars, homework, and practice I got certified in Addiction Recovery and Integration Coaching.

In my coaching practice, I am inspired by the Hakomi method which allows me to operate from the heart space and not always rely on the mind. Hakomi is experiential psychotherapy, a body-centered approach developed by Ron Kurtz which combines somatic awareness with experiential techniques to promote psychological growth and transformation.

It is an exciting journey and only now, looking back, I can connect the dots and make sense of the struggles, emotional challenges, and searching I was on for the last number of years.

If any of my offerings resonate with you, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. Together we'll explore how I can assist you on your journey.
