Ever feel hungry even right after eating? It might not be the food - it might be your sleep and stress levels.

When you don’t get enough sleep, the body increases ghrelin (the hunger hormone) and decreases leptin (the hormone that tells your brain you’re full).

Add stress to the mix, and cortisol rises — pushing your body to crave more energy, especially quick carbs.

So your stomach might be full…
but your brain is still asking for fuel.

Sometimes the solution isn’t eating more.
It’s sleeping better and managing stress✨

Small habits, big difference this Ramadan 🌙

20/02/2026

The best training time in Ramadan is the one you can stay consistent with 😃

That said, three timings usually work best:

• Before iftar - a session close to breaking your fast
• After iftar - once you’re hydrated and fueled
• After suhoor / early morning - when energy levels can feel surprisingly good

Your body doesn’t need perfection this month - it needs consistency. Keep moving, adjust your intensity, and focus on showing up.⬆️

Ramadan is not the time to stop training… it’s the time to train smarter 🤍

Creatine isn’t just for bodybuilders 🙈 and women were never meant to be excluded from the conversation !

Scientifically, creatine plays a key role in cellular energy production (ATP), supporting not only strength and performance, but also brain function, recovery, and muscle preservation. Research shows potential benefits for women across different life stages ✅ from improving training adaptation and reducing fatigue, to supporting cognitive health and maintaining lean mass, especially during hormonal transitions.

It’s not a supplement everyone automatically needs, and personalization always matters. 🆘 But understanding creatine through science — not myths — helps women make informed decisions about their health, performance, and longevity.

Evidence over trends. Education over assumptions.

One symptom. Many possible causes !!
Stop guessing. Start testing.
Find the root cause, fix it properly 😃

Vitamin D is the builder ✨ it helps your body absorb calcium and directs it into your bloodstream to support bones, muscles, and immunity.

Vitamin K2 is the architect 😎 it tells that calcium exactly where to go, guiding it into bones and teeth instead of letting it settle in arteries or soft tissues.

Together they work as a team: D opens the door, K2 shows the way.

But supplements are powerful tools, not candy. 🆘 The right dose depends on your labs, your diet, and your health history. Never self-prescribe😱

What even is creatine - and who is it really for? 👀

In my next video I’m breaking down exactly why creatine can be a game-changer for women too 🥰

Creatine is one of the most researched supplements. It helps your muscles produce energy, supports strength and recovery, and even shows benefits for brain health. Yet somewhere along the way it got labeled as a “men-only” thing - which is more myth than science 🙈

Collagen isn’t a magic powder – it’s a lifestyle 😃

Think of collagen as the quiet architect of your body: it gives strength to your skin, flexibility to your joints, and resilience to your hair, nails, and bones. Every day your body builds it, and every day your habits decide how much stays.

What steals collagen? 🆘 Too much sugar, smoking, chronic stress, poor sleep, and unkind sun exposure – all of these speed up its breakdown.

What protects it? ✅ Real food and real living. Protein-rich meals, vitamin C from citrus and berries, zinc from nuts and seeds, bone broth, fish, eggs, and plenty of hydration give your body the tools to rebuild naturally.

Supplements can help, but the foundation is on your plate and in your routine. Move your body, rest well, eat color, manage stress, and let collagen do what it has done for thousands of years – keep you strong from the inside out. 💛
