We begin with a slow and grounding Yin Yoga sequence, allowing the body to gently open through longer-held postures. As the practice settles, crystal bowls and gongs tuned to 432Hz create a deeply immersive soundscape designed to restore balance and calm the nervous system.

For over seven years, Danica has been part of the Zoga teaching community, guiding classes that balance strength with softness, movement with reflection. Through mantra, gentle chanting, storytelling, and moments of stillness, she invites yoga to be a lived practice , grounded, accessible, and deeply human.

Her Bhakti Flow classes are a heart-led vinyasa practice where movement, breath, mantra, and simple kirtan come together as an expression of devotion. Rooted in bhakti — the yoga of love — this class invites you to move not just with your body, but with your whole heart.
