SSY Toastmasters Club combines the philosophies of TMI and SSY to bring forth a unique flavour in the journey to improving public speaking, leadership and life-skills. All our meetings start with a brief meditation (sitting in silence with oneself) to stabilize our thoughts and recharge our bodies. Meetings are held 2nd and 4th Saturdays (10:00AM - 12:00PM).

SAA Mohamed Rilwan got everyone Awake and Kicking literally and figuratively with few afternoon exercise.

TMOD : Neena Raina, with panache guided the audience in the inner working of Chakra and the influence it has on our Energy.

President and Prepared Speaker of the Day Madhumita Adhya continued the Theme of the Day, with Another source of Energy, the Excercise.

Table Topics Master Prasanna Kumar got into the act with getting the audience engage in Improptu speaking, with TM Yathish, Guest Mahesh, Indrajit and Isa Participating.

All our meetings start with a brief meditation (sitting in silence with oneself) to stabilize our thoughts and recharge our bodies. Usually our meetings are conducted at the Siddha Samadhi Yoga center, but as a result of the times we are in , we are now conducting our meetings online using Cisco Webex video conferencing tools.
