Can't wait to do this all over again.
I didn't realise its gonna be memory one day I just knew I was having fun.
14th April 2018 ~ back in 🇦🇪
Stats: I was 62.9Kilogram I was able to maintain 11% body fat having 2meals a day consuming 2100kcal full of energy.
Routine: 50minutes of workout 6 days a week
Work: Night shift (9 hours)
