Limitless has had an amazing 2018. We have travelled to Kenya to work with 75 educators, we ran our first corporate workshop, we supported local schools to step into the ethos of empowerment with staff and students and started an amazing collaboration with EYES Middle East. As individuals we became more comfortable in showing up as ourselves in all areas of our lives. As we go into 2019 we are so excited about the prospect of going to Nepal to work with teenage girls and bringing in one of our best friends to work with us to grow limitless to a team of three. Thanks for everyone who we encountered this year. Happy new year to you all xx

I have been fat for most of my life. Last week I tracked back with my family to see when I started putting on real excess weight. It started when I was about 12 and I actually remember the first time I stole food! Recently I realised how much I have benefited from being overweight, how being fat gave me an excuse to not do the things that scared me like ... be in a relationship... dance and speak in front of big audiences - and how eating excessive amounts of food also helped me hide my daily irritations so I was slightly nicer Kelly...calm, pleasant, affable! 😂 Being fat isn’t wrong, and being in blame of myself or anyone else will limit my learning... But taking full responsibility for wanting to be fat for all those years can only help my growth and change as I now choose to be healthier 😊
