Joyful Recalibration
Grateful to for the opportunity to share Breathwork & Yoga for the Outdoors this weekend. 🌿
We gathered as a small group — exactly the right size to explore the practice together.
In the session we focused on practical field tools for paddlers, hikers, and outdoor explorers to support their adventures!
Breath that regulates and recalibrates the nervous system. Movement that restores mobility, strengthens the core, and realigns the body after long paddles and miles on the trail.
We worked with a meaningful breath process and a handful of practical poses designed to be used anywhere — at the launch, on the trail, or back at camp.
The three breaths we explored were a Launch Breath, a Cadence Breath, and a Rest & Recovery Breath. Each one designed to support how we move through our time outdoors.
Because when the breath sets the pace, the body finds its cadence. Train the breath, and the rest follows✨
