This patient had a right shoulder open injury due to work site trauma. He had right deltoid muscle paralysis due to axillary nerve injury and had fracture of proximal humerus. He came to us few months post trauma. We did trapezium muscle transfer to humerus at the site of humeral head post traumatic defect. The result is good. Now he has stable shoulder and can actively elevate right shoulder 30-40 degrees. Preoperative video shared.

Congenital halux varus is a rare pediatric foot deformity. It is sometimes combined with polydactyly as in the following case. The abnormal extra toe is removed and the great toes syndactylized with the neighboring toes to correct the deformity. One month follow up picture shared.

سندکتیلیsyndactyly یک آنومالی والادی است که در آن دو ویا بیشتر انگشتان به هم چسپیده میباشند میتواند در دست و پا به وقوع برسد اما بیشتر در دستها دیده میشود. میتواند بشکل ساده که دران صرف پوست به هم چسپیده است ویا بشکل مغلق که دران استخوان انگشتان هم به چسپیده اند باشد. سندکتیلی میتواند جز یک سندروم باشد ویا بشکل مجزا بوجود آمده باشد ولی سبب آن مشکل درجین مربوطه مریض است. مریض ذیل که سندکتیلی دست راست داشت الحمدالله موافقانه ذریعه عملیات تداوی گردید .
