A 65-year-old patient presented to Qasimyar Dental Clinic with missing teeth at positions #15 and #24. Following comprehensive clinical, physical, radiographic, and hematological assessments, the most appropriate implant-supported tooth replacement treatment was planned and performed.
A 3.5×10 mm dental implant was placed at site #15, utilizing the TenTing technique for sinus cortical engagement, and a 4×11.5 mm dental implant was inserted at site #24. Both implants achieved excellent primary stability and were positioned precisely for optimal prosthetic alignment.
