If life was easy, and happiness was forever, if pain and struggle were banished from this realm, and heartache was outlawed, our growth would be stunted, and we'd be forever frozen in the place wherin we find ourselves.

Struggle and pressure cause growth. We must be torn before we rebuild, we must be hurt before we truly learn.

One day, the Lord will wipe away tears from all faces, and every knee will bow to him, and we all will truly be changed in the twinkling of an eye. Pain will be no more, and vexation of spirit will be a thing of the past.

So, " count it all joy when you fall into various trials", and struggles, heartache, and pain. Because when we are weak and broken and ready to quit, HE is strong.

This life is just like the mist of the morning; it appears for a few minutes and then disappears, but our souls will live forever. Do you know where your soul will rest?

"I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong."

"Verily, verily, I say unto you, except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, bringeth forth much fruit.

Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the Life. NO ONE can come to the father but through me."

A quiet place for my soul to rest.

When such a place is found, I protect and cherish it, and crave often to go back to it.

A safe place where all walls can be dropped, and emotions let loose.

If you have found such a place, protect it with all you’ve got!

Come to me, all you who are weary 😮‍💨 and burdened and I will give you rest.

From the end of the earth will cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
