The digging process is the principal tool in Thetahealing technique, that is used to create a shift in someone’s reality. Mastering your digging skills allows you to witness complete healings on yourself and others.

It was created to teach students how to go deeper in their belief work and to better understand the digging process - including the Genetic and History levels.

This is the 3rd prerequisite to all the other Thetahealing seminars.
