Ana Lucia Ramazzini is a Pastry Chef and Cake Designer of Italian and Spanish descendent origin. She is married to an Albanian Cardiac Surgeon and now lives in Tirana. She studied in ITALY, LONDON and USA with renowned Pastry Chefs and the best Cake Designers. Her desire to offer something new to all those people who, like her, are looking for something creative, innovative, personalized and above all well done, inspired her to create Pastelitos Cake Boutique in 2011. All our products are made in accordance with the European Union standard of food safety (HACCP), giving clients a100% guarantee of quality. We don´t work with ready products, everything is home made, fresh. All our decorations are hand made, caring even the last detail to give you something unique.
