Even though I spent my Sunday working — and my whole family spent their Sunday working with me — it still feels like a dream come true, a little bit surreal in the best way. But watching satisfied, happy people after each class is my fuel.

We’ve just finished the second week of the Pilatesness physical studio, but it already feels like I’ve been here forever — like I’ve known every single one of you who walked through these doors.

When I am not doing pilates or creating online programs I am wife, mother of two kids (teenage girl and toddler boy) and ice-white westie terrier owner. I am creature of habit, eco-conscious warrior and healthy eating enthusiast. I am former marketing and communication specialist with 17 years experience. I love hiking and spending time with my family.
