🙌🏻 Burn fat, build muscle & get strong I understand that getting healthy is a multifaceted and at times difficult journey which is likely to present physical, mental and behavioural challenges. I’m here to offer support around your nutritional and lifestyle habits and share my resources and experiences to help you overcome and understand these obstacles. My nutritional journey began with a desire to create and provide a healthy balanced lifestyle for my family. I left a career in finance to focus on bringing up two small kids, which allowed me the time to explore my ongoing passion in understanding health and how to apply it to my family. As my interest and knowledge grew, I became the go to person among friends for nutritious, but tasty recipes and realistic tips on how to get healthier. As the pandemic slowed everything down, I grabbed the opportunity and read a course in Holistic Nutrition & Health Coaching, qualifying as a Nutritional Health Coach a year later, founding . I am now extending what I’ve been doing all these years for myself, my family and friends, to clients who are seeking to achieve their healthy lifestyle goals in a balanced way and to work on sustaining that balance throughout their lives. I will help you understand certain medical diagnosis, provide guidance and support for various areas of nutrition, including but not limited to: micro and macronutrients and the roles they play in the body, digestion, hydration, metabolism, energy levels, fat loss, muscle gain and good gut habits. Together we will establish tools and tips which really do work and will lead you down your own nutritional journey, learning about store cupboard staples, healthy recipes, pantry planning, intelligent exercise and much more. When I’m not cooking, developing recipes or exploring food, and learning more about practical philosophy, you’ll find me either outdoors or exercising, and of course spending quality time with family and friends. SERVICES
I can offer support for certain conditions such as food intolerances, high cholesterol levels, weight gain, menopause and other hormonal issues, stress and other gut issues which can all be greatly helped though diet and lifestyle changes. I also offer support for wanting to change your eating habits even if you do not have evident health issues, but are looking for a general lifestyle improvement.

Dancing my way into my sixth decade 💃

Grateful for the privilege of reaching this milestone…. for the gift of time, experience, growth and the memories and lessons that shaped who I am today.

Fifty is a big number… but it’s still just a number.
Age isn’t an illness.

We don’t age because of years. We age when we let numbers limit or define us.

I believe how you show up at this age makes all the difference.
When you nourish, move and support your body, rather than letting age write the rules, you get the chance to redefine what’s possible 💪

And honestly… if this is 50, I’ll take it 💥✨💃

If you’ve tried every reset, challenge or plan and still feel stuck in your 40s, this is for you.

I created the 26-day habit calendar because midlife doesn’t need another aggressive reset. It needs support, consistency and a calmer approach.

No dieting.
No pressure.
One habit a day.

✨ The first round begins January 5th 2026 - Link in bio 🤍

Caught in the moment!

I love spontaneous photos, but I rarely like any of me. This one, though, feels worth sharing.

I’m sharing it because it caught me exactly as I was, relaxed, having fun and not thinking about how I looked or how the moment should be.

There’s so much pressure to present life a certain way. Moments like this remind me how freeing it is to let that go….that imperfection has its own kind of perfection.

As the year draws to a close, I’m noticing how much lighter life feels when we release the pressure to get things right, to be or look a certain way, to have more, to be liked, to be “successful” and to have it all figured out.

We’re surrounded by so much polish that it’s easy to forget how important it is to be ourselves, to stay in our lane, experience things fully and simply be present.

And if you’re a woman reading this and recognise that feeling:
you’re not alone.
You don’t need to be perfectly put together to be successful or worthy of joy.

Success can look like peace, ease, laughter, feeling strong and at home in your body and living in alignment with yourself 🤍

✨This feels like the kind of success that actually matters✨

📸credit who captured the moment and the energy so beautifully 👏🙏💜

Your body isn’t giving up; it’s waiting for you to show up.

Somewhere along the way, women were told that strength fades with age, but that’s not the truth I’m living.

We’ve been told for decades that midlife automatically means decline; weaker muscles, lower energy, growing aches, a body that “just changes and there’s nothing you can do”.

But that narrative is both outdated and disempowering.

Here’s the truth👇🏻

⚠️ Your muscle isn’t disappearing because of your age. It is disappearing because your body needs MORE support than it used to.

Estrogen dips, recovery shifts, protein requirements increase and strength training becomes non-negotiable.

⚠️ Your metabolism isn’t “broken”. It simply responds to the habits you build, especially in midlife.

⚠️ Your strength potential doesn’t vanish at 40, 45 or 50. In fact, your body is incredibly responsive when you train it intentionally.

For women in this life stage:

💪You need more protein, not less.
💪You need consistent strength training, not random workouts.
💪You need recovery that respects your body & hormones.
💪You need to challenge your muscles, because muscle is what protects you as you age.

This part of your journey isn’t the beginning of the end. It’s the beginning of building a body that carries you powerfully into your next decades.

I’m not training to look 30. I’m training to maintain my freedom, to be strong, capable, energetic and confident as I move through my late 40s and into 50 and beyond.

Don’t let age define you. YOU get to decide what strength looks like in this chapter, not a number on your birthday cake. Your next decade can feel powerful, energetic and steady and it starts with the habits you build today.

📧If this resonates and you want support building strength and better habits in midlife, message me, I’d love to help you get started 💜

The kind of cookie that fuels your energy 💛

It’s that time of year when we start craving a little something comforting in the afternoon and these cookies are exactly that. Soft, wholesome and nourishing! Made with no added sugars, just ripe banana, dates and plenty of nuts and seeds.

They’re packed with fibre, healthy fats, plant protein and complex carbs, a powerful combo that keeps blood sugar steady, supports hormone balance and provides slow-releasing energy to help you stay fuller for longer. Perfect for a snack that fuels rather than spikes blood sugar, especially when you’re active or need a satisfying afternoon bite.

I’ve never been a fan of the all-or-nothing approach. True health comes from balance, not restriction. It’s about learning to eat in a way that supports your hormones, metabolism and energy while still enjoying food

As we get older our insulin sensitivity naturally declines, which means our bodies don’t process sugar as efficiently as they used to. Knowing how and what to eat, like combining protein, fibre and healthy fats with natural complex carbs, helps stabilise energy, reduces cravings and keeps our hormones happy.

So yes, have that afternoon cookie 🍪 Just make sure it’s one that loves you back 💛

Sometimes the best reset isn’t found in a program or a plan… it’s found in a quiet moment by the sea 🌊✨
Midlife is about finding these pauses and letting them refuel you. It’s in the stillness where clarity surfaces, where stress softens and where energy begins to restore itself 😌
We spend so much time chasing structure, schedules and goals but often, what our bodies and minds need most is space. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to reconnect with ourselves.
Whether it’s the sea, a walk in nature, or simply sitting in silence with your morning coffee, these little resets are what keep us balanced, strong and ready for everything else life throws at us.
Keep choosing the moments that refill your soul 💜

Grounded, grateful and in my happy place 🌿💚
There’s something about being surrounded by trees that feels so grounding 🌳When we slow down in nature, our body follows….stress hormones drop, our mind feels lighter and even our immune system gets a gentle boost.
❣️Did you know: In Japan this is actually a practice known as forest bathing (Shinrin-yoku).
Studies show that just 20 minutes among the trees can lower stress hormones, calm the mind and restore energy. 🌿💚
This is my favorite way to reset
Nature has so many ways to recharge us…which one works best for you?

Swipe for some of the breakfasts I enjoyed last month …
Whether you’re team sweet or team savoury, the most important thing is that your breakfast is built to support steady energy and reduce sugar cravings throughout the day.
.
For that to happen, breakfast needs to include sufficient protein, plenty of fibre and a touch of healthy fat.

✅ Protein helps keep you full and stabilises blood sugar and helps your body repair post exercise.
✅ Fibre supports gut health and slows digestion which helps keep hunger at bay
✅ Healthy fats help with hormone balance and satisfaction
.
I’ve seen this make a real difference, both personally and with the women I work with and current research backs it up too: a protein-rich, fibre-filled breakfast can help reduce cravings and keep energy more stable throughout the day. This is especially important as our hunger and fullness signals shift in perimenopause and menopause.
.
So, what’s your style? sweet yogurt bowl, savoury eggs, or something a bit of both?Let me know in the comments below 👇🏻

Had to share this breakfast from sometime last week. It was extremely simple to make, incredibly delicious and it would work just as well for lunch or a satisfying snack.
Figs are in season right now and I honestly can’t get enough of them 😍
This combo had that perfect mix of sweet + salty & creamy + crunchy 🤤
It came in at around 28g protein, 5g fibre and about 50g carbs and kept me full for hours.
Eating well doesn’t have to be complicated. Consistency isn’t about eating perfect, it’s about eating with purpose and clear intention.
Tip: A simple way of leveling up any dish is to add some broccoli or alfalfa sprouts. These give a subtle crunch and add a powerful nutrient boost.
Bonus tip: Summer’s a great time to grow your own sprouts as they grow fast and can be harvested in just a few days.
