𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆.

This five-storey office building in Leeds features a striking curved form with stepped roof terraces. Custom-made U-shaped formparts create refined accents across the steel-and-glass façade, with more than 1,700 elements installed in the colour Sahara.

Designed by Sheppard Robson​ the building places strong emphasis on natural light, generous spatial quality and access to green spaces. Newly planted trees and integrated nesting boxes further support local biodiversity – fostering both environmental responsibility and a healthy, inspiring workplace.

𝗔 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

In the heart of Hebburn, the Paul Younger Energy Centre reflects the community’s strong commitment to sustainability. Commissioned by South Tyneside Council, the project represents a key milestone on the journey towards carbon-neutral operations by 2030.

The centre generates both electricity and heat, using natural gas as its primary source. Its exterior is clad in bespoke concrete skin panels, specially developed for the project. A combination of matt and sandblasted textures gives the facade a distinctive visual and tactile identity.

𝗔 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗻 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆.

This 45 × 22 metre sunken sports hall can be divided into three equal sections using electrically operated partition curtains, offering great flexibility. Additional gym rooms provide space for smaller groups, from yoga to karate.

The facade by Fuchs and Rudolph Architects combines light beige glass fibre reinforced concrete slats with blue and red powder-coated aluminium panels. Large glazed areas flood the interior with natural daylight.

Gravity, a live-work-play campus in Ohio’s capital, reflects the creative energy of the Franklinton district through its versatile, context-driven design. Inspired by shipping containers, the facade features Rieder facades öko skin, with a striking five-storey self-portrait mural by Brazilian artist Eduardo Kobra as a defining landmark.

As part of the new Koralm Railway, Rieder facade solutions were used at three railway stations and operational buildings – built to last, low-maintenance, and visually striking.
