2019 - a year filled with love and so many lessons. A year that changed pretty much everything. Spent way too much time in hospitals, experienced the biggest physical pain, and so on. Also a year that fulfilled my biggest wish of 2018, it turned me into a mother. After all, I‘m leaving all behind, looking back, grateful because because I am ready for all the good that is awaiting me. 2020, here I come! And gosh, I‘m so proud to call you my daughter!

I am so excited for this fall, yet I missed having a real vacation break this summer. So I just stumbled upon this blog post of mine from last year in Bali

Best start in Bali was Sanur. From there we headed over to Nusa Lembongan. Perfect day trips are Nusa Ceningan and Nusa Penida.

My last dip into lake of Constance yesterday. Beautiful end of summer days. Some days I feel exhausted, while on most days I am filled with joy. This little wonder inside of me keeps surprising all of us. Such a strong and powerful, happy soul. We are still trying to be patient, but honestly, we can‘t wait to get to know you. I have this feeling, you‘re going to fit so well into our little family. 🐥💪🏽🥳

I received a call today. The girl on the phone told me someone sent me flowers. I was so excited!!! I mean, how cool is that?!

These past days are filled with sleeping, cooking healthy food, enjoying coffee and some cake too. It‘s good I had no idea about the pain that would follow this surgery. It‘s much better to just go with it, take it as it is. This means also, allowing my body to rest when it needs to. Going back to bed in the middle of the afternoon just because I can.

The pain is so intense, I was putting myself under pressure because I am on sick- leave for so long. Pain comes and goes and during intense phases it‘s like my body is laughing at me like „you thought it‘ll be easy? This is why you need some rest.“ Ok, dear body. I‘m giving up. No more pressure, serving you, so you can heal up and blossom again.

Back when I was in my 20s, I partied hard and wanted to be surrounded by as many friends and people as possible on my birthdays. Yesterday I turned 32 years old. I had one of the most magical birthdays.. I can‘t wait for all the big adventures that are ahead of us. I spent my vacation day enjoying it with a few, selected, lovely people. I spent my day with a great breakfast, followed by lots of cake and coffee and hugs. After breakfast, I slowly walked around through town and took a few pics of all the spring flowers. Swipe to the right to see more flowers and a blurry pic from me and my love. Beautiful ending of the day included a dinner in Bregenz with him. Thanks for all your wishes. 32 feels amazing already.

A few impressions from our trip to Berlin. Today we did an underground tour - it‘s not allowed to take pictures. Therefore no pics... doesn‘t matter.. I‘d do it again. Highly recommended and important to get some impressions. The rest of our days here is all about strolling around, sipping coffee, enjoying the sun and good food.

What a magical last day of skiing today. We tried out a new skiing resort Oberstdorf · Kleinwalsertal Bergbahnen - can highly recommend it!
