Some good news came in with some bad along. I felt a bit lost and overwhelmed, as my thoughts raced with mixed feelings. My thought were swirling in a tempest of fluctuations. The waves of perception and emotion surged, shifting the way I processed the information that flowed in.
Thankfully, Matt’s presence anchors me, and the practice of yoga helps bring calmness, offering respite to my mind and fortifying my body. In this space, I can manage my emotions with more peace and more tranquil heart.
