✨ Monthly Pregnancy Beach Yoga in Port Macquarie — starting June 2026 ✨

Practising yoga on the beach, supported by the calming energy of the ocean, is such a unique gift we get to enjoy here in our quiet coastal town.
In this photo, I’m already in my third trimester, grounded on my yoga mat. The sound of the waves and the fresh sea air helped soothe my whole nervous system — supporting my body and my baby in the womb.

This is a women-focused class🧘‍♀️, centred around pregnancy, offering gentle yoga that is welcoming to anyone who feels called to join. The practice honours the ancient roots of yoga while adapting movements and breath with care, awareness, and respect for the pregnant body.🤰💕

✨ Happy New Year everyone✨

“Yoga is not about becoming someone new —
it is about remembering who you are.”

As we close the year of the Wood Snake 🐍🌿,
2025 asked us to slow down, listen deeply and shed old layers.
A 9 year in numerology — completion, integration, inner work.
Much like the yogic path, it invited awareness before action.

Now we step into 2026, the year of the Fire Horse🐎🔥
Dynamic, fast, expressive energy.
From a yoga philosophy perspective, this is a year of embodiment—
bringing wisdom out of the mind and into lived experience.

Numerologically, we move from 9 into 1.
A new cycle begins.
And yoga — beyond the asanas — offers a powerful foundation for this shift:
through breath awareness, meditation, conscious movement and nervous system balance.

Yoga teaches us how to stay rooted while life moves quickly,
how to respond rather than react,
how to act from clarity instead of force.

If you’ve been feeling the call to begin (or return to) a yoga and mind–body practice,
2026 is a supportive year to start.
Not to do more — but to live more aligned.

May this year be guided by presence, strength and inner steadiness.

Why is Pregnancy Yoga so powerful? ❤️

Pregnancy and yoga go so well together because both are about listening, trusting, and softening into change.

Pregnancy can be challenging and deeply beautiful at the same time.

Your body is creating life. Your heart is expanding. Your nervous system is learning a whole new rhythm. 💪💕

Yoga during pregnancy isn’t about pushing.
It’s about preparing.

Preparing your body with gentle strength, mobility, breath and awareness.

Preparing your mind with trust, presence and surrender.

Preparing your heart to meet birth with more calm, confidence and connection. ✨️

A positive birth experience doesn’t start in the birth room.
It starts long before — with how you breathe, how you move, how you speak to your body, and how safe you feel within yourself.

Yoga reminds you:
You already carry everything you need ✨💪

Pregnancy is such a powerful initiation.
A time where we naturally become more intuitive, more protective, more inward.
A time where the body speaks louder — and invites us to listen deeper 🤍

Pregnancy yoga, to us, isn’t about pushing or performing.
It’s about trust.
Trusting your body.
Honouring your energy.
Moving when it feels right.
Resting when it’s needed.
Breathing, softening, grounding.

This season of life is a beautiful opportunity to slow down and truly connect — with your body, your baby, and your inner wisdom.

To choose what feels nourishing.
To protect your energy.
To say no more often.
To say yes to yourself.

I’m really looking forward to returning to teaching and holding space for **pregnant women, postpartum women, and women in all phases of life** in Port Macquarie from **mid-2026** 🌿

With pregnancy yoga, postpartum support, gentle and empowering movement, meditation, pranayama — and a lot of heart.

Being pregnant is a deep reminder to trust the body 🌱
These months are powerful and tender at the same time.
There is growth, change, strength — and also days that ask for softness.

As a yoga teacher, I experience pregnancy as an ongoing conversation with my body.

Breath becomes an anchor.
Movement becomes intuitive.
Pauses become permission.

Pregnancy yoga isn’t about pushing or striving.
It’s about nurturing.
Listening.
Trusting the process and the incredible intelligence of the body.

To all pregnant women here:
Your pace is perfect.
Rest is productive.
Your body knows how to grow and carry life.
You are supported, capable, and already doing something extraordinary 🤍

May your practice meet you exactly where you are.

The ocean feels like medicine. 💙

Walking along the beach during pregnancy, hands on my belly, breathing in the salty air — it feels deeply grounding and a little magical ✨

I feel so grateful to experience pregnancy with the ocean so close, reminding me to slow down, trust my body, and soften into this season.

As a 500-hour yoga teacher and a soon-to-be mother of three, I’m so excited to begin offering pregnancy yoga in Port Macquarie from mid-2026 — supporting women to feel strong, calm, and connected in their bodies and minds.

This work is for women.
For mothers.
For mums-to-be.

This year I didn’t teach yoga.
Life was full.
Babies, motherhood, growing humans 🤍

Right now I’m in my third trimester, on my yoga mat by the ocean, feeling deeply connected to my body, my baby, and this season of life.

This is my third pregnancy, and it has deepened my understanding of what women truly need during pregnancy and birth — not only physical support, but a strong, calm mindset.

In 2026, I’ll be slowly returning to teaching with a clear focus on pregnancy yoga, postpartum yoga, baby yoga, and supporting women to feel safe, confident and less fearful about birth.

I’ll be offering private sessions and small group classes, sometimes outdoors, sometimes close to the beach, always with care, safety and presence.

All Yoga Port Macquarie is here for all yoga — and my heart work is supporting women and mums-to-be.
