Staying active in your 50s and beyond can be the best gift you give to yourself.

Exercise can enhance your energy levels, keep you at a healthy weight, and even possibly reduce some of the symptoms associated with aging. Exercise can be good for your brain and emotional state as well as your body. Set up by an Occupational Therapy with a passion for Active Ageing, 80-90s music (no doof doof) and wanting to keep people moving, decrease the risks of falling (biggest reason people over 50 are hospitalised), and improve balance.

Have you observed a decline in your balance or strength, or has it been suggested that improving these aspects is crucial as you age? FullerLife collaborates with individuals in their 50s to enhance strength, balance, and cardiovascular health with functional exercise.
Sessions are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:30 am.

Keep active, improve/maintain your strength and balance.
This is how you can keep doing what you want to do.
Walking is so good for you and most people are walking weekly but are you working on your balance and strength. These will assist with preventing falls, enable you to get up from the chair/lounge just to name a few things.
Get started at FullerLife in November and keep going where you want to go and do what you want to do.

As we age it is super important to work on your balance and core.
It makes getting up from a chair or lounge easier, picking something up off the floor, doing your everyday chores around the house and work place safer and easier.
At FullerLife is it at every session that both core and balance are addressed with exercise that can be completed at home.
Our OT will address difficulties that you may have noticed as you complete task that may have once been a breeze.

FullerLife is an Occupational Therapist led strength and balance studio for over 50s in Abbotsford, 2/663 Victoria Street.
Individual or small group sessions.
Studies have shown how important exercise is as we age.
Our OT ensures each session focuses on strength training, balance exercises, cardio and core.
