✨ Dermatitis Healing Journey ✨

Dermatitis is one of the most common and one of the hardest skin conditions we treat at Skin Solutions Canberra. It takes time, patience, and trust but the results are worth it.

Our first step was figuring out what was causing the flare ups. We looked at potential triggers like food, toothpaste, environmental factors, mould, soaps, fabric softeners, and even fake nails or latex and worked to eliminate them.

Next, we focused on internal support. Essential fatty acids, probiotics, and gut health were game changers, along with adding in foods like Greek yoghurt and chia seeds.

Finally, in clinic treatments and a clinical skincare plan were introduced to support the skin’s barrier and calm inflammation. Think enzyme therapy and LED.

Healing dermatitis isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about finding balance and supporting the skin every step of the way. 💫
