This was back 7 years ago where I was at a very low point in my life that I went headfirst into buying crystals cus I thought they would fix me.

They didn't and well it was a good wake up call for me. But I've how you can use them to help you instead.

Use them as a reminder and use them as an affirmation tool or even as something that can hold you accountable. Do the work necessary for what you need and have it as a support item instead of "this will fix me if it stays there"

It has been the greatest journey and looking back, I've can see how many changes that I've done to be the person I am now.

I'm not perfect and never will be but I can always make the choice to shift and change to become better.

And it all starts with the mentality❤

My reality shifted when I stopped listening to everyone's opinions and random inconsistent fixes.

It shifted when I made small rituals into routines. Am I still growing everyday yes. It's that 1% change everyday that shifted me.

My rituals were simple - hot morning showers, affirmations, slow breaths and I kept building upon it. And I love the person I'm becoming. And the life I'm creating❤
