I often have clients tell me that they don’t snack…
Which honestly, a lot of the time I think is because they believe it makes them sound less committed to their training/nutrition goals or that I’ll tell them to stop snacking (which couldn’t be further from the truth). 😅
Snacks should be your best friend when it comes to your health and wellbeing. Your body needs them!!
If you’re constantly feeling snacky, it’s not you that’s the problem… it’s what you’re snacking on. 🙃
