Eat Right For Life

As a Holistic & Clinical Nutritionist, I provide many services to encourage and promote excellent health. This includes, comprehensive case taking, detailed Blood Test Analysis, Heavy Metal / Nutrient deficiency testing, Urine testing, General Health Checks, Meal Planning for all dietary types, Recipe eBook publications, webinars and public speaking events on Health and Nutrition.

I often attract clientele with complex chronic health conditions and I use all my skills, knowledge and clinical tools, to map out a clinical picture for that client. This provides them with the "WHY" do I feel the way I do and "HOW" can they improve their health status.

Treatment plans are always personalised and suited to the individual's life circumstance. Supplementation is used to re-balance deficiencies, but the aim is always to maintain good health with a healthy attitude to clean food and not become dependent on supplementation.
