■ Learn how to make your own tea and use what you can grow in your own garden for tea making and general wellbeing

1) Herbal tea tasting workshop - learn the types & uses of herbal teas - why not try to make your own teas

2) Learn how to make your own pot potpourri sachets – using dried rose, lavender or feverfew while sipping home grown teas

Workshop times and dates
Times: Wednesday afternoon: 2pm to 4pm … times made on request privately
Friday evening workshops: 7pm to 9pm
Saturday afternoon workshops 2pm to 4pm (evenings sometimes negotiable)

 Gather a group of your friends together and a private gathering can be arranged at one of these times or at a mutually arranged time.
 Teas made from Helen’s Garden are available for sale after workshop

● Grown in a home garden with love
● Grown with natural methods and without chemicals
● Using David Austin’s Heritage roses + various herbs, flowers & leaves
● Handpicked, dried, sorted and blended. Can be blended as requested
TEAS BASED ON
● Flowers … Rose + Calendula + Lavender Leaves … Fig
● Rind … Mandarin + Lemon
● Herbs … Rosemary + Mint + Lemon Balm + Sage + Parsley + Marjoram + Oregano + Thyme

● Potpourri Sachets - made with roses petals, lavender flowers + feverfew or bay leaf based

At the Terrarium Workshop you'll create your own large size terrarium. Learn about the functions of all the layers within and customise the colours to suit your tastes.
