Not my best on ground today and that’s okay 🙋‍♀️ After 2 hours sleep due to teenagers having a party and brawls in the apartment next door where I was staying 🤬!

Today I really wanted to pull out so overcoming that and pushing through was the challenge…..2nd best time on trails still in my category top 20! The real win was finally meeting one of coaching clients (online) in real life 🥰 and seeing her podium from all her hard work well done!!! 🙌🙌🥈Congrats A!

The basics never been so good 😍 a few things for 2026 I re introduced chicken into my diet after a 4 year hiatus 🙋‍♀️ still at pescatarian at heart but my body was needing something new! It’s important to always listen to your stages of life 😜 also uploading to the grid 😜 for proof of life - Still here just crushing it (offline)

Perfect Sunday 🏃‍♀️ normalising 6am wake ups on a Sunday to beat the heat, still suffered 68% humidity. Followed by sauna, walk with the bestie and most importantly food shops for refuel 🍏 Happy long weekend 🥰

We have so many memories together? 🫶

Why is this so special? Why do I feel this is such a big achievement is and always has been my side business, I work full time and always have I have continued stay in the industry because I have such an incredible client base I wouldn’t want them going anywhere else, oh and I absolutely love what I do! Since converting fully online two years ago I am so glad that my results have continued with clients with their weight loss journeys, learnt more about nutrition oh and built a community beyond my home town 🫶 thank you so much for an incredible 2025 I look forward to an even bigger year of weigh loss, reaching goals, more races and hopefully no stacks 🫶
