✨ Are you navigating menopause and feeling like you’re on a solo journey?You’re not alone — and you don’t have to go it alone. This Sunday I want to share 30 seconds of resource, connection + community.
👍 This week I’m teaming up with Dr. Marny for a presentation as part of her Lifestyle Medicine Collective Reset Program, educating and supporting menopausal women.
🗣️ I also had meaningful conversations today with women navigating this phase…you’re not alone.
🎧 Listening to Dr. Louise Newson’s podcast each week is so informative and reaffirms how powerful it is when we connect, learn and support each other.
