You don’t have to hold the whole room together.
You don’t have to pretend you’re okay if you’re not.

Today, choose the version of Christmas that feels safest, softest, and most peaceful for you.

Take breaks.
Breathe.
Step outside when you need to.
Drink some water.
Go for a walk.
Sit quietly with a cuppa.
Your feelings are valid.
Your boundaries are allowed.
Your wellbeing matters. 💛

If today feels joyful, soak it in.
