2025 // What a freaking year 🤯

Professionally, it’s been such a great year. We’ve

🌿 Launched some beautiful new websites
🌿 Set up countless emails and automations
🌿 Run successful ad campaigns
🌿 Optimised client websites (for SEO & conversions)
🌿 Troubleshooted alllll of the tech issues 😜

Personally, it’s a year we are happy to see the back of. Our clients have been absolutely incredible as we have worked our way through losing two incredibly important people in our lives (Kenneth’s brother at the beginning of the year, and my mum a few months ago) 🤍

We are about to welcome our second daughter - a little ray of sunshine in what has been a tough year ☀️

There will still be a bit of tap tap going on until bubs comes 😜 A reminder we aren’t taking on new clients until June/July 2026, instead focusing on our existing clients as we juggle 2 kids, businesses and life.

I’ll still be popping up in stories, but we wish you a very Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year 🎄

TECH // Don’t shop for new tech tools before considering these 3️⃣ things…

With Black Friday, Cyber Monday and end of year approaching, it can be tempting to rush into a shiny new tech tool! But a quick switch without a plan can lead to long-term pain later on.

Here’s some things to keep in mind:

1️⃣ Integration with existing software (this is a HUGE one!)
2️⃣ How user friendly is it? Both for internal and external users
3️⃣ Is is scalable? Will it still fit with your business in a year or so?

A smooth transition starts with a smart plan 👏🏻

ZERO // Quick tips to achieve the elusive inbox zero

1️⃣ Create folders in your inbox to organise emails. Either file or delete the email once you’ve responded.

2️⃣ Move any actionable emails / tasks into your project management/task management system and then file the email accordingly.

3️⃣ Try and achieve inbox zero (or as close to it as you can get) in the morning before work and then again before you switch off for the night 😴

It doesn’t always happen and that’s okay!! But these tips will help you reduce inbox overwhelm 👏🏻

RECAP // June wrapped up with a mix of strategy, creative tweaks, and some seriously exciting results for our clients 🙌

On the Google Ads front, we brought in 45 leads across three campaigns, with Performance Max campaigns now in play and refreshed creative assets helping to boost engagement.

Meta Ads results were great too! 66 new leads came through at around $15 per lead. We launched new image-led campaigns and gave existing video and text ads a well-deserved refresh.

Email marketing was big this month! Across all client accounts, we added 700+ new contacts, revamped automations, and set up fresh templates ready to convert.

And websites? We’ve been optimising landing pages, building new sites (some are nearly ready for their first reveal!), and creating custom landing pages to support ongoing ad campaigns. Plus, lots of integrations happening behind the scenes including CRM, email, the works.

All in all, a big month of building, refining, and scaling 🚀

UPDATE // The last month or so - businesses edition

1. Moved back to a home office
2. Website launches (so many to come over the next month too)
3. Meetings with clients to prep for the coming month & launches
4. Quotes for potential clients (remember we book a good few months in advance)
5. Facebook & Google Ads set up & sent for approval
6. Countless website updates, new landing pages, backend systems, integrations.

Life might be life-ing at the moment, but business is 🔥

TRUTH // Winging it works - until it doesn’t 🙅🏻‍♀️

Saw this little reminder on the side of a bus today! Winging it definitely works in the beginning, but eventually you’ll find it can make things more chaotic, less professional and so much more stressful!
